Every step beings with a defined process; both in understanding your needs, and goals and offering comprehensive reporting about the current real estate climate in order to create an effective plan and expectation. You don't need to be an expert, I am. You just need to be a decision-maker.

Things that keep me going - Laughter, being outdoors, service heart, paddle boarding, art, antiques,good design, organizing furniture, touring historical properties, downtime with my pets and family, and being around authentic people. Those are the things that make my world go round!
